Discounts
Information - 2011-2012
|
On-Time
Discount ($10/month)
A discount of $10 per student
will be credited to accounts that are paid in full by the 10th of
each month from September to May. No
discount will be applied in August. If
the 10th falls
on a Saturday or Sunday, discounts will be given on accounts
paid in full by the following Monday. When
the 10th falls
on a holiday, discounts will be given on accounts paid in
full by the next business day. Payments made by mail must be in
the business office by the discount day to be eligible for
an on-time discount. |

Family
Discount (5% & 10%)
The following percentage
discounts on tuition will be given: 5% for second child
in family at LSA; 10% for third, fourth or fifth child in
family at LSA. To
qualify for family discounts, two or more students must
appear on a combined family statement. |

Prepayment
Discount ($25 & $30)
Payments made one year in
advance for the entire school year by August 17, 2011, will be discounted by $30
per month for ten months; payments made one semester in
advance by August 17, 2011, and January 17, 2012, will be
discounted by $25 per month for five months. |

Paytronic
Discount ($5/month)
LSA will make automatic deductions from a checking,
savings or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discovery) on the 10th of
each month. A $5.00 monthly discount (in addition to the
on-time discount) will be given to each account
enrolled in Paytronic. Online registration is required to participate. |

Check Payments
LSA will not accept
third party or postdated checks under any circumstances and
will not assume responsibility for submitting postdated
checks for payment before the post date. |

Online Access/Payments
Payments may be made
online via the LSA website, view billing statement
information as well as sign-up for Paytronic. All statements
are sent out electronically and registration is required. |

Financial
Assistance
The Business Office may be contacted for
application and/or information on the Pacific Union
Endowment Fund, Baybarz Education Scholarship and Conference
Low Income Aid. |
|
Work
Opportunities
Limited student employment is
available on campus for students 14 years of age and
older. Wages are minimal and usually insufficient to pay
tuition. Student
job applications and work permit information are available at the
Business Office. |

Educational
Subsidy (SDA Organizations)
Educational allowance
applications must be submitted to the employing organization
and a signed authorization returned to the
Business Office. Accounts will be credited after payments
are received from the employer. Responsible parties should
continue to make full payments on accounts until the
Business Office has received payment. |
